DCIP GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Issuer of the Don't call it pizza voucher card (hereinafter "voucher card") is Bongusto beta GmbH, Robert-Hamerling-Gasse 16/10 1150 Vienna. When selling a ticket, act on behalf of Bongusto beta GmbH. The following conditions apply to the voucher card:

  1. The cardholder can only use the voucher card to pay in EUR in the Don't call it pizza restaurant in Vienna.
  2. Voucher cards that are purchased in Don't call it pizza restaurant can be loaded once with an amount of at least 20 EUR up to 100 EUR. No discount is granted on the purchase of voucher cards.
  3. A cash payment of a voucher amount is excluded.
  4. Bongusto beta GmbH is not liable for the credit on the gift card in the event of loss, theft or misuse or damage to the gift card and will not provide a replacement.
  5. The voucher card remains the property of Bongusto beta GmbH. It is transferrable. Anyone who presents or uses the voucher card is deemed to be authorized to use it.
  6. The voucher card is valid for three years. The period begins at the end of the year in which the voucher card was purchased. The credit on the voucher card then expires without replacement.
  7. These conditions are subject to Austrian law.
